Who are the owners?

Somehow after living in Los Angeles for almost 10 years, Jason & deMarco ended up in Leipers Fork and they never looked back. They toured as a band, Jason & deMarco, for over a decade and after having twin sons in 2011 relocated to Tennessee to be closer to Jason’s folks. They purchased a mini-farm which they called GratiDude Ranch. For 9 seasons they have hosted monthly farm-to-table dinners and murder mystery dinners at the ranch, along with other special events. Their Country Birthday Bash events for kids at the ranch include a petting zoo and pony rides. While deMarco is the property and event manager at GratiDude Ranch, Jason is the Principal Broker for Luxury Homes of Tennessee in Leiper’s Fork and his office neighbors Bubble Joy. In 2011, Jason & deMarco founded S.A.F.E. (Safe, Affirming, Family Environment), a 501c3 nonprofit that serves foster youth and foster families in Middle Tennessee. Through their work with S.A.F.E. Jason & deMarco have offered GratiDude Ranch as a space to serve and educate the community on the issues and great need of foster care in Middle Tennessee, particularly in Williamson County. In addition, they offer the ranch for free birthday parties and camps for foster youth.

Bubble Joy is their latest endeavor where they hope to offer an experiential shop in Leiper’s Fork for families to experience JOY together in a world and time where JOY is not always easy to find. Through the wonder and magic of stepping into another time and place, where kids can be kids, and adults can be kids, Jason & deMarco wish to remind us all that the gift of children and the gift of family is the most magical experience of all. And some candy and epic drinks can only help!
